These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sibrizzi Insurance Group website located at this domain and any related pages, forms, and services (collectively, the "Site"). By using the Site or submitting a coverage-review request, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

The Site is intended for residents of the State of Georgia who are at least 18 years old and are the owner or authorized representative of the property being reviewed. Coastal Georgia properties may fall outside our service area.

2. Nature of Services

Sibrizzi Insurance Group is a licensed insurance producer in the State of Georgia. Information on this Site is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer to insure, a binder, or a contract of insurance. Coverage cannot be bound, changed, or canceled by voicemail, email, text, or website submission. All policies are subject to underwriting approval, carrier appetite, and the terms and conditions of the issued policy.

3. TCPA Consent to Contact

By clicking "Check My Home Coverage" (or any similar submission button) and submitting your information, you expressly consent to receive telephone calls, prerecorded or artificial voice messages, SMS/MMS text messages, and emails from Sibrizzi Insurance Group and its licensed agents at the telephone number and email address you provided, including through the use of automatic telephone dialing systems ("autodialers"), for the purpose of discussing homeowners insurance, providing quotes, servicing policies, and related marketing communications.

You acknowledge that:

• Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
• Message and data rates may apply to any SMS/MMS you receive.
• You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to any text, by unsubscribing from any email, or by asking a Sibrizzi representative to add you to our internal Do-Not-Call list.
• Revocation of consent will not affect the lawfulness of communications sent before revocation.

4. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information on our forms and during phone conversations. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in denial of coverage, cancellation of a policy, or denial of a claim.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, photographs, and the "Georgia Home Protection Review" name and format — is the property of Sibrizzi Insurance Group or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

6. Third-Party Links & Carriers

The Site may link to third-party websites, including insurance carriers. Sibrizzi is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or business practices of any third party. Your dealings with third parties are solely between you and them.

7. Disclaimers

The Site and all content are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Sibrizzi does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sibrizzi Insurance Group and its officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Site shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sibrizzi Insurance Group and its personnel from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

10. Binding Arbitration & Class-Action Waiver

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or any communications between you and Sibrizzi Insurance Group — including, without limitation, claims under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (47 U.S.C. § 227) — shall be resolved exclusively by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Fulton County, Georgia, and shall be conducted by a single arbitrator. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

YOU AND SIBRIZZI EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. You may opt out of this arbitration provision by sending written notice to legal@sibrizzi.info within thirty (30) days of first submitting information to the Site.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to Section 10, any action not required to be arbitrated shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.

12. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
